The Blasket style sweater was traditionally worn by fishermen in years gone by, but has now come back in to fashion in recent times as seen on the catwalks of Fashion Weeks around the world. Please note the nature of this 100% natural yarn may cause pilling and it is recommended to use a depiller or knit comb to keep your piece just like new! Hand wash in lukewarm water, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, dry flat, reshape while damp, warm iron, store folded in a cool, dry place. Founded in Dublin in 1988 by the O’Sullivan Family, IrelandsEye have been making high quality knitwear for over 35 years. Inspired by the culture of Ireland and the surrounding landscapes they are putting their unique contemporary twist on traditional Irish knitwear.
